Yoga classes by an International travelling teacher from New Zealand. Hatha - classical sequences, breathing techniques - pranayama, meditation and deep relaxation - hard to find all in one package! Pragyadhara has trained extensively in India and taught the art and science of yoga to aspiring teachers in Australia and abroad. Her classes are infused with a genuine presence that stems from experience and clarity. Classes are made accessible to all regardless of level, age, etc.
Classes in being offered in the area in April only! $15.00. 1.5hr.
Workshop on the 25th April at Riverside Community Centre, Motueka. Cost: Early Bird price is $65.00. $80.00 on the day. From 10 - 3pm. Includes a workbook. Private consultations available on Sunday 26th.

Weds April 8th, 10th, 15th & 17th - Motueka Community House, Decks Reserve, Motueka. By Donation. Gift Economy
Thurs 9th, 16th, 23rd. 6.30 -7.45am. Early Bird Class, The Life Centre, Stoke, Nelson.
Sat: 11th & 18th. 9.30 - 11am at Riverside Community Centre, Motueka.
Sat: 11th & 18th. 1 - 2.30pm at The Life Centre, Stoke, Nelson.
Sun: 12th & 19th. 9.30 - 11am, Studio Evolve, Nelson. Weds 7.15pm at Studio Evolve, Nelson.
